First grade students had fun learning new words this week! They had to pick a word, learn what the word means, and dress up according to the definition of the word. Students had a great time participating in a Vocabulary Parade that K-3rd grade students got to watch. After the parade they went to class to be teachers and teach their classmates all about the vocabulary word they picked. What a fun and creative way to learn new words!
