The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is a federal and state funded program located at the North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC) in Palatka, Florida. FDLRS provides support services to school districts' Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs in Baker, Bradford, Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Union Counties and the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind. These services include a broad spectrum of activities, one of which is Child Find.
FDLRS Child Find provides assistance in the location, identification, evaluation, and initiation of appropriate education or other needed services to all children and youth, birth to 21 years of age who have or are at risk of developing special or unique needs.
