Fourth grade scientists in Ms. Lanna Barican's class studied Earth’s place in space and used their knowledge about Earth’s rotation and shadows to tell time! It was fun learning that even though it may appear that the sun is moving across the sky, it is really the Earth that is rotating. Who needs clocks when we have sundials?
